Question:

Assalamualykum i run a cake business and i would like to know if I am allowed to create figures animal/ human without eyes.

Answer:

In Islam, there is a general prohibition on sculpting figures and drawing any kind of living being. So sculpting figures of animals will also be included. However, if the image is so small that the onlooker cannot differentiate the details of its body parts or if a portion of the animal that is normally necessary for its survival is missing, then it is accepted.

Only Allah (عز و جل) knows best.
