Question
Assalamualaikum
Sometimes when I sleep after fajr and I wake, I tend to find semen on my private part due to dreams and co. Or during the when a female touches me. Does this invalidate my fast.

Answer:
The liquid which comes out (without forcing it out i.e. through masturbation) after watching any illicit material is called madhi, thus, ghusl will not be necessary, but your wudhu will break. (Raddul Muhtar p.300 v.1)
If mani (a thick discharge) came out then ghusl will be obligatory. The ruling is the same for both married and unmarried women. (Ibid)
Regarding your question, if semen came out whilst fantasizing or by your wife touching you will not break the fast. Obviously, if no semen came out, the fast will not break. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.203 v.1) However, ones fast will break and qadha but no kaffarah (expiation) will be obligatory if he forced the semen out by way of masturbation. (Fatawa Darul Uloom Deoband p.417 v.6)
Wet dreams whilst fasting, does not break the fast.
