If there is no time to do Ghusl can one perform Salah of Janazah in a state of impurity?

If one fears missing the Janazah prayer by becoming busy in performing ghusl or wudhu with water, it will be permissible to perform tayammum provided that the person is not the guardian (wali) of the deceased.
This is because the guardian has the right to perform the Janazah prayer later on even if the congregational prayer has been completed whilst others cannot pray it later on.
In regards to your question: it will not be permissible to perform the Janazah prayer in a state of impurity rather tayammum should be performed.
