Question:
Asalam Alikum I would want to ask a divorce-related question on my friend’s behalf. She needs advice and wants to know if she and her partner are divorced or not. and she requests guidance and a fatwa. She also asked that her story not be posted on the website or any other social media site. She needs an answer as soon as possible, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could respond right away.

For guidance regarding the validity and effectiveness of a Talaq matter, the details are necessary. Please kindly share details of the matter so we can share guidance.
To help in the meantime, please note that the Talaq of a husband who is mature and sane is effective, regardless of being angry. The final Fatwa is subject to the details of the incident, such as how it was expressed and how many times.
