Question:
Does any madhab allow jama baynas salatayn due to cold?
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
We only answer according to the Hanafi madhab, and jama’ is mainly only Suri – meaning one can delay to the end of the first prayer time and pray just before the second then once the second prayer time enters they can pray the second. [1]
Once can miss the congregational prayer though due to cold. [2]
Only Allah ﷻ knows best.
