Question:
If nikah is done in a state of minor ritual impurity like urine drops, is it valid?
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
Marriage is contracted through the offer and acceptance, there is no need to be free from impurity. However, it is more virtuous to do so as it is a blessed ceremony. [1]
