Question
Assalāmu `alaikum Wa rahmatullāhi Wa barakatuh.
Hazrat, I am thinking about my paying my wife's zakat for you to distribute to any who might be in need of it.
Attached is my wife's list of jewellery and how much it weights. Please confirm, in whatever currency.
May Allah (SWT) purify my wealth and reward you upfront.

Answer:
The nisaab of Zakat for gold is 87.48 grams, and the nisaab of Zakat silver is 612.36 grams.[1]
It is not clear from the list of jewelry items you have provided whether the jewelry items are composed of gold or silver. Hence, if the total amount of gold/silver your wife possesses is equal or greater than the aforementioned nisaabs and she has had these items for a full lunar year or more, she will be required to pay Zakat on them.

[1] تَجِبُ فِي كُلِّ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ، وَفِي كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ مِثْقَالِ ذَهَبٍ نِصْفُ مِثْقَالٍ مَضْرُوبًا كَانَ أَوْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَصُوغًا أَوْ غَيْرَ مَصُوغٍ حُلِيًّا كَانَ لِلرِّجَالِ أَوْ لِلنِّسَاءِ تِبْرًا كَانَ أَوْ سَبِيكَةً كَذَا فِي الْخُلَاصَةِ. (نِصَابُ الذَّهَبِ عِشْرُونَ مِثْقَالًا وَالْفِضَّةِ مِائَتَا دِرْهَمٍ كُلُّ عَشْرَةِ) دَرَاهِمَ (وَزْنُ سَبْعَةِ مَثَاقِيلَ) وَالدِّينَارُ عِشْرُونَ قِيرَاطًا، وَالدِّرْهَمُ أَرْبَعَةَ عَشَرَ قِيرَاطًا، وَالْقِيرَاطُ خَمْسُ شَعِيرَاتٍ، فَيَكُونُ الدِّرْهَمُ الشَّرْعِيُّ سَبْعِينَ شَعِيرَةً وَالْمِثْقَالُ مِائَةَ شَعِيرَةٍ، فَهُوَ دِرْهَمٌ وَثَلَاثُ أَسْبَاعِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَقِيلَ يُفْتَى فِي كُلِّ بَلَدٍ بِوَزْنِهِمْ وَسَنُحَقِّقُهُ فِي مُتَفَرِّقَاتِ الْبُيُوعِ (وَالْمُعْتَبَرُ وَزْنُهُمَا أَدَاءً وَوُجُوبًا) لَا قِيمَتُهُمَا.
