Question:
Assalamualikum,
Asking on behalf of someone:
In madinah right now and its very hard to get a rawdah appointment as the site keeps showing that its on maintenance.
There is a lady selling rawdah appointment for 100 riyal each appointment.
Am I allowed to purchase this so that I can enter the rawdah?

Answer:
At the current time, appointments to visit the Rawdah must be booked via apps like the Nusuk app after entering the appropriate personal details. Before seeking to purchase a Rawdah appointment by unofficial channels, first confirm that this does not violate the relevant rules and regulations, and check to confirm that this is not a scam seeking to take advantage of the technical difficulties in booking online [1]. If she is selling appointments previously booked using the personal details of others, then it will not be correct for you to visit the Rawdah under false pretences [2].
On the other hand, if it turns out to be a legitimate arrangement without false pretences and there are no legal restrictions against purchasing an appointment via a third party, then it will be permissible to purchase an appointment from her to enter the Rawdah [3].
