Question

Please tell me if I have to do a second Qurbani back home in my country if I do Qurbani in Mina during hajj rituals. One Imam said we have to both Qurbani. I'm mina and back home. Please clarify.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 

Answer:

There is a sacrifice which is required for the hajj itself while you are there, and a second sacrifice which is required if you reach the nisaab value in your wealth. [1] There is no restriction on which place the second sacrifice takes place.

Only Allah Ta'ala knows best.
