Question:
Salaam Brother, are these ok to wear with Ihram if I am not able to wear a flip flop? Kindly advise.

Answer:
The footwear will be permissible to wear so long as it does not cover the central bone of the upper part of the feet. [1]
The bone is on the top of the foot, not the ankle which is on the side of the foot. [1]
Only Allah ﷻ knows best.
